Learn about the undiscovered treasure of Catholic Social Teaching with a series sponsored by St. Vincent de Paul Society hosted at St. Joseph Parish in Mishawaka.
Father Chris Lapp will speak on Saturday, March 11: “Does Catholic Social Teaching foster unity or disunity among Catholics? And how to work toward the former.”
Dr. Brian Boyd will speak on Saturday, April 1: “God’s plan for, and our responsibility to, the universal destination of goods.” Also Brooke Tranten will speak on “Church hierarchy and social teaching.”
Sister Mercy Briola will speak on Saturday, May 6: “The Church’s preferential option for the poor.” and Dr. Margaret Pfeil, Notre Dame Center for Social Concerns will also speak.
