The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is announcing The Cathedral Artists Music Series (CAMS). The purpose of this series is to give Cathedral musicians performance opportunities, to highlight the beautiful and historic building and to more fully integrate with the societal and cultural community of downtown Fort Wayne. The performances are free and will feature Cathedral artists. In the beauty of the cathedral a performance of all British composers will be Sunday, May 2, at 6:30 p.m. The concert will feature music by Ralph Vaughn Williams, John Rutter, Herbert Howells, and George Frederick Handle. Visiting Artists will include violinist Marci Trentacosti, cellist Martyna Bleke, and oboist Pavel Morunov, along with the University of St. Francis String Ensemble.
