St. Francis of Assisi Parish and Newman Center at Ball State University will celebrate its 50th anniversary on October 15 with a Mass and Oktoberfest, beginning at 4:30. The Oktoberfest will feature a traditional German dinner, live music, games, and more. Additionally, the parish will have a display of historic photos as well as highlight the vocations discerned by students during their time at Ball State and couples who met their spouses through the Newman Center.
