Dr. Eustace Fernandes received a Doctorate in Medicine from The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, where he also completed his internal medicine residency. From there he completed a fellowship in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is board certified in pulmonary disease and internal and critical care medicine, and currently practices in Fort Wayne with the Lutheran Medical Group. He and his wife, Anne, have five children and are members of St. Patrick Parish in Arcola.
