Special considerations

A standard research fee of $25 an hour may apply. Additional charges may apply for CD creation or shipping. Search fees can be waived you would like to set an appointment to review material and determine the correct image or footage. The Office of Communications reserves a standard turnaround time of five business days to complete each request. If a fee is assessed, full payment must be received before the photos can be provided.
