Fr. Brian Dunkle, SJ was ordained in 2009 as a priest of the Society of Jesus religious order (Jesuits). He holds a Licentiate in Sacred Theology from Boston College and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in historical theology at the University of Notre Dame. He has published a book “Poems on Scripture,” a translation of St. Gregory Nazianzen’s poetry on encountering Christ in the Bible. Father Brian has spoken around the country at “Hearts on Fire” retreats for young adults as well as at our local young adult retreats and Theology on Tap.
