VATICAN CITY (CNS) — Here is Pope Francis’ schedule for Holy Week and Easter:

— March 29: Palm Sunday Mass in St. Peter’s Square.

— April 1: weekly general audience in St. Peter’s Square.

— April 2: morning celebration of the chrism Mass in St. Peter’s Basilica; evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper with foot washing at Rome’s Rebibbia prison.

— April 3: early evening Liturgy of the Lord’s Passion in St. Peter’s Basilica; nighttime celebration of the Way of the Cross in Rome’s Colosseum.

— April 4: nighttime celebration of the Easter Vigil in St. Peter’s Basilica.

— April 5: celebration of Easter Mass in St. Peter’s Square followed by the pope’s blessing “urbi et orbi” (to the city and the world).
