This week’s Today’s Catholic visits a new ministry of the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration — the blessing of animals. The event was held at Marian High School. Chris Godfrey was the speaker at the Fort Wayne brunch after the Red Mass. Our special section relates to the legal profession. October is Respect Life month and pro-life activities continue throughout the diocese. Also, this Sunday, Father Damien of Molokai will be canonized a saint.
