The Transitus will be held in Saint Francis Chapel on Tuesday, Oct. 3, at 7 p.m. This traditional Franciscan prayer service commemorates Saint Francis’ passing into heaven with readings, hymns and ritual that will enable participants to re-live the night of Francis’ passage through death to eternal life. Fellowship and refreshments will follow in Brookside.
