Cost: Free will donation

SOUP’S ON!
Come begin Lent simply. Bring a friend for lunch of soup and bread on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Mary Mother of God Church, 1101 Lafayette St. A free will donation will help support St. Mary’s Soup Kitchen, which serves 1,000 free bowls of soup to hungry people every day. A Lenten Prayer Service with distribution of Ashes will begin at 11 a.m.
