Share the Journey by Standing in Solidarity-- Network's Official Public Launch -- "So That No 1 Stands Alone"
2:00pm-3:00pm
Fort Wayne
Cost: free
Join the official public launch of the Fort Wayne Solidarity Network on Sunday, Oct. 8, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Parish, 2213 Brooklyn Ave.
Together, we can make sure that no one stands alone!
The Solidarity Network will deploy a hotline so that those facing intimidation and racial violence can have, within minutes, moral witnesses standing with them to ensure their rights are protected.
Come, bring others, join the movement and consider forming a “Congregational Organizing” core team in your church.
Further Background:
The Diocese of Fort Wayne South Bend, in collaboration with the Northeast Indiana Congregation Action Network (NE-ICAN), is building a “ministry of presence” through which people of faith can stand in solidarity with their neighbors facing fear, intimidation, and uncertainty in their moments of greatest vulnerability.
