Paul Richard Gallagher is the Titular Archbishop of Hodelm and the secretary for relations with states and head of the Second Section of the Holy See’s Secretariat of State. He will present the 2018 Keeley Vatican Lecture “The Catholic Church in the European Project” on Tuesday, Oct. 2, at 5:30 p.m. in the Eck Visitors Center Auditorium on the campus of the University of Notre Dame.
The lecture is free and open to the public.
