A presentation on Human Trafficking in Fort Wayne will be sponsored by St. Jude Church on Thursday, October 24, from 7-9 p.m. at Thaddeus Hall, located at 2109 E. State Blvd., across from St. Jude Church and one building east of Hall’s Restaurant. Parking is available next to the building and in the St. Jude Church parking lot. It will be presented by Cameron Shackelford and Natalie Stabler. Cameron is the coordinator of the Allen County Safe Place Program, overseeing crisis intervention operations, training, and protocols. Natalie is the East Region Community Services Supervisor at Catholic Charities and supervises the human trafficking program. Those attending will learn how much human trafficking has infiltrated the Fort Wayne area, how to recognize and respond to it, and the services available to assist the victims.
