FEMM Introduction
Wednesday, February 15th, 7:30 to 9:00 PM
123 Regina Hall
Saint Mary’s College
Participants are introduced to FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) as a model for women’s reproductive health, presented by certified FEMM instructors. A woman’s reproductive health is closely tied to the state of her general health and to the delicate interplay of certain hormones within her body. The sufficient production of these hormones can be tracked throughout each cycle, as indicators of both health and fertility. FEMM enables women to become informed participants in their own healthcare. Presenters will field questions at the end of the session. In addition, a sign-up sheet will be available at the end of the session so that the instructors know how many women plan to track their biomarkers. Refreshments will be served at the end of the workshop.
