Education for Ministry: Sacraments

The sacraments unit of the Education for Ministry Basic Certification Program will introduce the Catholic understanding of sacrament and the Scriptural basis, theology, and effects of each of the Seven Sacraments. The Sacramental Economy as an interaction between God and the truth that sacrament is a moment of grace leading toward God are the foundations of this unit. Class will be held on Thursday evenings August 24 and 31; September 14 and 21 from 6:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. In Fort Wayne the Archbishop Noll Catholic Center will host the class. In the South Bend area the St. John Paul II Center, Mishawaka will host the class.
