9:30 a.m. prayers to the Holy Spirit, consultation begins at 10 a.m.

All are welcome. Black Catholics, their immediate family members, and those who minister to Blacks in Catholic settings are especially invited to ensure all voices in the diocese are heard.  Special consultations focus on folks with significant obstacles to participating in “parish consultations,” and folks distant from the faith or who have left the Church.  They offer a prayerful opening, discernment, and consultation adapted to the particular needs of the group.  The voices and prayerful discernment of Black Catholics and their loved ones matters deeply to us all as the Body of Christ. Brunch is included.
