The annual Chrism Masses will be held at Saint Matthew Cathedral in South Bend on Monday, March 30, at 7:00 p.m.; and at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Fort Wayne on Tuesday, March 31, at 7:00 p.m. Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades has invited all priests, sisters, brothers, deacons and lay people of the diocese to attend either of these Masses. At the Chrism Mass, the Holy Chrism is consecrated and the oil of catechumens and oil of the sick are blessed. This beautiful Mass manifests the communion of the priests with their bishop in the same priesthood and ministry of Christ. All are welcome!

MISAS CRISMALES 2026
Las misas Crismales de este año se llevarán a cabo en la Catedral de San Mateo en South Bend el lunes 30 de marzo, a las 7:00 pm; y en la Catedral de La Inmaculada Concepción en Fort Wayne el martes 31 de marzo, a las 7:00 pm. Monseñor Kevin C. Rhoades está invitando a todos los sacerdotes, religiosas, hermanos, diáconos y laicos para que asistan a cualquiera de estas misas. En la misa Crismal el Obispo consagra el Santo Crisma, y también bendice los aceites de los catecúmenos y de los enfermos. Esta bella misa manifiesta la comunión que comparten los sacerdotes con su obispo por medio de su sacerdocio y el ministerio de Cristo.
