Blessed Solanus Francis Casey blessed the people of Huntington and Fort Wayne-South Bend area 🙏 for 10 years, 1946-1956, before his passing on July 31, 1957. This year the Father Solanus Guild – Huntington Extension is celebrating the 120th Anniversary of his Ordination to the Priesthood, which began with his Profession as a Deacon on March 20, 1904. Many have received his intercession prayers, blessings and favors, his words and wisdom. In thanksgiving and gratitude to God, Fr. Solanus requested prayer🙏, an act of kindness ❤️, and a sacrificial gift of charity 🎁. He encouraged donations to the Seraphic Mass Association to support the Capuchin Missions. With our crosses and sufferings this Lent, and honoring 🎖 Blessed Solanus on March 20th, Wednesday this week, join Fr. Solanus Guild and Friends at St. Felix Catholic Center at 6:30pm to 🙏 pray the Canonization Prayer for the Cause of Sainthood for Blessed Solanus (he needs just one more miracle accepted by the Vatican). “Crosses – the best school wherein to learn appreciation for the love ❤️ of Jesus crucified, the Divine Lover of our souls.”
