The St. Louis Besancon church community is hosting the annual fundraising dinner on Sunday, Nov. 21, from 11 a.m. until the food runs out. This year’s dinner will be drive-thru only, with no dining or events taking place inside the parish hall. Each meal will cost $10 and will contain an adult sized portion of ham and turkey, traditional sides, and a dessert. Sorry, no substitutions or kids sized portions will be allowed.

St. Mary’s is inviting the Fort Wayne community to celebrate the Thanksgiving Holiday. One carry out Thanksgiving meal is free to each person who comes to St. Mary’s Church, downtown Fort Wayne on Thanksgiving, Nov. 25. Come at 11 a.m. to receive your carry-out meal. Carry out will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or when the last meal is served. The parish mission is reaching out to one another and sharing God’s love with neighbors. An interpreter for the deaf will be present Sunday, November 28 at the 11 a.m. Mass at St. Matthew Cathedral, 1701 Miami St., South Bend, IN 46613. An interpreter from Community Services All Deaf (CSAD) provides ASL (American Sign Language). St. Matthew Cathedral Parish and the Diocesan Deaf Ministry offer these monthly Masses (on the second and fourth Sundays) and encourage people to extend the invitation to family and friends who are deaf. An Evening of Heavenly Lights

An Evening of Heavenly Lights will be held Sunday, Nov. 28, at 6:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Plaza. A live Nativity will be on site while hundreds of tribute lights shine brightly as the diocese remembers the lives of lost loved ones. A donation of $10 is requested for a luminaria which will be lit and blessed at the prayer service. All proceeds benefit Catholic Charities.
